Grant funding now available to purchase bicycles for delivery and commercial services

The MPCA is offering approximately $135,000 in grant funding to help Minnesota businesses and organizations purchase bicycles and electric-assisted bicycles (e-bikes) for commercial use.
This program's primary goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the state's transportation sector by increasing the use of bikes for delivery and commercial services. The shift to bikes will also reduce reliance on fossil fuel vehicles, ease traffic congestion, and improve local air quality, especially in those communities most impacted by vehicle pollution.
Applications are due January 15, 2026.
