CPC partnered with Ryan Companies to redevelop a blighted truck repair facility into its new 132,000 sf headquarters featuring office space, a clean room/laboratory, and production and warehousing space in support of their innovative quick connect and disconnect solutions. The project retained over 350 jobs in Minnesota and created over 100 new jobs. Funding sources included $2.2 million in tax increment financing from the City, $300,000 for environmental cleanup from Ramsey County, and $1,000,000 from the State of Minnesota in Job Creation and Minnesota Investment Funds.

Sand Companies developed 119 units of affordable family rental units on a vacant parcel in northwest Roseville. Total investment on the project was $34.2 million and includes innovative solar carports that help reduce utility bills for residents. This project received $1.3 million in environmental cleanup funding from the MetCouncil, Ramsey County, and Minnesota DEED. In addition, it was awarded a $2 million grant from the MetCouncil's Livable Communities Demonstration Account. The City contributed $118,000 in the form of Sewer Access Charge credits.
