Looking for help turning your idea into a business? Are you an existing business that wants to grow but are facing challenges? Open to Business can help. Open to Business provides free, confidential business advising to help launch a small business or help existing businesses overcome challenges.

Ramsey County Business Advisor Luis Mendoza provides business advice for anyone in Roseville. He can provide assistance with business and strategic planning, marketing and communications planning, regulatory, tax, licensing and accounting training, financial assessment and referrals to professional services. Open to Business also has access to a limited amount of capital to provide micro loans. Terms and conditions may apply.

This service is free to local businesses. Access to Open to Business for Roseville residents and businesses is covered by Ramsey County, which is investing more than $1 million over the next five years in the program.

Small Business Assistance Loans Available

This program is targeted at existing Roseville businesses or those looking to establish a location in Roseville. The loan offers a competitive interest rate and a maximum loan amount of $100,000. Funds can be used for building improvements, startup costs, or equipment purchases. For more information, contact Open to Business Advisor Luis Mendoza.
