A Twin Cities pop-up coffee shop debuted its permanent location in Roseville this weekend.

Happy Monday & Company celebrated its grand opening Saturday, revealing its new, spacious brick and mortar home at 2420 Cleveland Avenue North.

Longtime friends Justin Bloom and Josiah Davie are behind the venture, which aims to "bring a sense of wonder and awe back [to] the Twin Cities through rad drinks, unique retail, and vibrant events," according to the business' website.
