Centro will open 4th Twin Cities location in Roseville next week

Increasingly ubiquitous local taco hub Centro is ready to open its next outpost.

Centro will open its Roseville restaurant on Aug. 16, the company announced on social media, adding that it's just "putting the finishing touches" on the space. It's the fourth Centro location and the first outside of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

When Centro Restaurant Group announced plans to open in the former Good Earth space, owner Jami Olson referred to it as the company's "billboard location," intended to capture the attention of people driving by.
