McGough Construction has been located in Roseville since the 1950s. After searching locally for sites to accommodate their needed expansion, they purchased the former trucking terminal directly north of their existing properties on Fairview Ave. 

With approximately $1.3 million in tax increment financing assistance from the Roseville EDA, McGough completely remodeled the unique barrel-vaulted warehouse, preserving the bowstring trusses and turning it into an open concept office area. They also demolished the 1960s-era office addition on the front of the structure and built a new modern office addition.

McGough will consolidate employees from 3 sites into this building and plans to grow by up to 100 employees in the next 10 years.
