A fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant and bakery specializing in banh mi and croissants is opening its second location in Roseville sometime next month.
Mi-Sant Kitchen and Bakery is expected to open in the coming weeks at 1881 Highway 36 W., a former Baker Square location, which will allow for more of a focus on dine-in and an expanded menu with more transitional Vietnamese items.
