FREE to Rare Disease Families and those with Chronic Illness
This event is free and is for families and individuals with rare and chronic conditions who require specialized emergency care. The purpose of the event is to educate individuals on EMS lifesaving protocols and help them become familiar with their local heroes, the EMS team. Our event will be held at SeaQuest Roseville. We will be providing education, lunch, drinks, snacks, and an exciting all day free pass to SeaQuest and the attractions inside. We also will be giving one emergency vehicle headrest cover along with one auto alert vehicle decal to each participating family or individual. Our event is open to local Minnesota rare disease & chronic disease residents as well as those in the surrounding states. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED & SPACE IS LIMITED!
