Job Qualifications:
- Preferably a sophomore, junior or senior in the Construction Management or Construction Engineering field of study
- Field experience is a plus
- Enjoys problem solving and fast-paced environments
- Works well in a team, but with a strong sense of self-direction
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Our interns are selected for specific projects, which will allow for a breadth of experience. We also expose our interns to a wide variety of roles outside the Project Management realm for a 360º view of our entire organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, update and issue bid solicitation letters to subs
- Perform quantity take-offs
- Receive and review subcontractor bids
- Complete trade scope reviews and recap sheets
- Draft Owner notification letters of selected subcontractor recommendation
- Regular project schedule updates
- Review, submit and track Requests for Information (RFI)
- Review, submit and track Submittals and manage overall process
- Punchlist tracking and monitoring
- Ensure proper project closeouts
- Update and review Cost Control Log
- Attending and participating in PM and other corporate meetings
- Attend any training, personal/professional development relevant to this position
