Economic Impact of the Super Bowl

1 Jan 2018

Super Bowl 52 will be held in neighboring Minneapolis on February 4th.  A report in the Star Tribune stated that there will be a “$400 million-plus economic impact” on Minneapolis and the surrounding area. This ten-day event could bring 1 million people to the region, sending visitors, volunteers and the media to hotels and restaurants in neighboring cities, like Roseville. This creates an incredible opportunity for Roseville businesses to market to Super Bowl tourists.

Now is an excellent time to begin planning for February, launching marketing programs and trying to capture business from visitors looking to book hotels, party venues and utilize services during Super Bowl week. Start planning today and staff up for this busy event.
