Foreclosure Prevention Services 

The Minnesota Home Ownership Center works with a network of more than 20 different Minnesota-based non-profit and governmental agencies that offer foreclosure counseling services. Specially-trained counselors can provide information on the foreclosure process and offer personalized assistance to identify resources you may be able to access to become or stay current, help develop a household spending plan, or even negotiate on your behalf with your lender or servicer for repayment strategies.
